Brian has more than 18 years of experience in Sustainability & Climate, ESG, Responsible Investment and Supply Chain EHSS management and 15 years of experience in managing large teams of more than 60 FTEs, overseeing team strategy, financial metrics, and business and solution development.

Brian has led engagement teams to work with financial institutions and both listed and pre-IPO companies. He has also worked with government agencies on ESG implementation such as ESG investment frameworks, governance and management, internal controls, data management, climate and carbon strategies and green bond assurance for issuers.

He has worked with clients located in China and Southeast Asia, and specialised in sectors such as Real Estate, TMT, Public Utilities and Life Sciences.

Marissa joined Oracle in late 2021 as a Sustainability Lead and Market Maker for Oracle’s JAPAC region.

In these roles, Marissa is responsible for understanding what’s top of mind for business and people’s leaders across the region and bringing the very best of Oracle’s global ecosystem to address those concerns.

Prior to joining Oracle, Marissa spent more than 20 years leading global & local brands through complex business, cultural and digital transformation. In that time, Marissa discovered the hallmarks of successful change can be found in the intersection of purpose, people, profit, and planet.

The importance of creating this intersection has never been more important as we’ve collectively navigated the unprecedented changes brought about by natural disasters, social movements, geopolitical unrest, the pandemic and a recalibrated relationship between work, workers and workplaces.

Prof. Roy Ling is the CEO & Founder of FollowTrade. Concurrently, he is also an Adjunct Professor in Finance at the SKEMA Business School, an Academic Program Director at SMU Academy and an Independent Board Director on several listed companies in Asia.

Prof. Ling is a seasoned veteran with more than 20 years in investment banking with JPMorgan, Lehman Brothers, Goldman Sachs and Salomon Smith Barney. His expertise is in digital finance, sustainable investing and Asia real estate, and he had completed some of the highest-profile advisory and capital market transactions in the region. Prof. Ling is also a distinguished board director with more than 16 years of corporate governance experience across Asia. He was honored as the Real Estate Executive of the Year 2016 by Singapore Business Review, and as one of 20 Rising Stars in Real Estate 2008 by Institutional Investor.

Prof. Ling graduated from INSEAD with a Global EMBA and from the National University of Singapore with a BBA (Hons).

Nilesh Jadhav is a passionate clean energy and decarbonization champion, with more than 2 decades of experience in the field. He currently works as the Head of Energy Performance and Sustainability business (ASEAN) at Siemens, Smart Infrastructure. Focusing on end-to-end decarbonization solutions and digital services implementation for lifecycle sustainability for organizations, his team helps create innovative pathways towards complete decarbonization and achievement of net-zero goals. Nilesh’s diverse work experience spans across senior management, sales leadership & technical roles in manufacturing, supply- logistics and research functions in Singapore, India and the Netherlands. He is an avid clean energy enthusiast and and has been engaged by the industry as a professional consultant, trainer and coach on Sustainability projects.

Murali was graduated with a bachelor’s in chemistry in Malaya, Malaysia and he is PMP and Supply Chain Professional Certified as well. He has served in several advancing career roles in
production, management and executive encompassing global responsibilities. He is currently the Managing Director of Hoya Electronics Singapore Pte Ltd, part of the Hoya Corporation.

He is a professional who are skilled in worldwide manufacturing experiences. He was managed several factories across different continents and different work culture. He has turned around
inefficient Manufacturing Plant to be more productive, to improve revenue and profit. He has the ability to build cohesive teams, during the factory transformation, that can sustain the gains and continue to make improvements in factory KPIs. He is savvy using ITC system to improve productivity and delivery and currently spearheading Industry 4.0 revolution in Hoya Singapore.

His recognition will be the US patent on logical formula for Production Lots in automated factory, dispatching to achieve desired CT at 95 th percentile. Patent # US 9,488,975B2. He was keynote speakers for several Factory Automation Symposium world wide.

Dr Terence Goh is a Senior Director at ST Engineering. He oversees the Energy Storage Systems business and technology development across the entire spectrum of ST Engineering.

He was previously an SVP (Technology) at Yinson, with hands-on expertise in renewable systems and artificial intelligence. He is a subject matter expert in energy storage systems, having being trained in both DNVGL Europe and USA. Over and above, he has secured over USD$200 million in smart renewable and autonomous systems projects. He is listed on IPI, Enterprise SG and is a faculty professor at both the NUS Electrical & Computer Engineering Department and the SIT Power Engineering School.

Dr Goh was instrumental in setting up Yinson's e-mobility business through development of the ChargEV infrastructure in both the eMSP and CPO space. Today, ChargEV is the largest CPO in Malaysia. Previously, he had secured Sunseap's largest grid-scale 2.4MWh/ 2.4MW Energy Storage System in SG, a USD$20 million grant, among other grants. He was also part of the team to secure the USD$25 million 2200-hectare smart city
consultancy project in Indonesia. To date, he has led and completed several successful Lender's/ Owner's Engineering large scale solar projects in APAC.

Dr Goh was DNVGL's Principal Consultant serving as Regional Head for Energy Storage, Asia Pacific, and was involved hands-on in several projects related to rural electrification, microgrid, EVs and power substation automation across the APAC. During his stint, he has secured energy storage projects in the order of USD$15 million in design, inspection and expert consultation. He has completed QC inspection, in ensuring conformance with GBT, IEC and UL standards, on several Li-ion factories in China and Thailand (see project list). He
specializes in the software design of battery management systems (BMS) and has developed fuel cell BMS previously.

Dr Goh is a thought leader in the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) space, specialising in sustainable technologies. He has conducted training in Asean on sustainable technologies, scoped to the SDG 17 (UN) goals, that provide disruptive transformation to companies with new ways of thinking and doing.

DR Goh has wide business links in APAC and is highly sought for his views on technology trends and business development. Prior to Covid-19, he was an invited keynote speaker to Future Energy (Philippines 2019), Vietnam Solar 2019 and Electric Vehicle Asia (Singapore 2019 and Thailand's Ministry (organized by NSTDA and EEPO, 2018 and 2019).

His previous experience was on the Tianjin Eco-city project (China) when he set up the Keppel Technology Centre in Tianjin, the ST-NTU Intelligent System Centre and the Energy & Power Centre in ST Engineering. He holds two patents in waste2energy.

His first job at DSTA saw him initiate military robotics where he secured more than $130M in funding that paved the way for AI and robotics in the next two decades. Dr Goh is often referred to as the "Father of Military Robotics' in SG and is indebted to his previous bosses at Land Systems Division, DSTA, who supported the robotics LTRP.

Neeraj is responsible for leading the finance organization in BCD Asia Pacific. He oversees the budgeting and forecasting process, mergers & acquisition, financial reporting and analysis, cash management and ensures robust control environment over the financial and operational accounting processes. Neeraj has extensive knowledge of the travel industry, and many years of experience in strategic business and financial planning. Neeraj holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), Chartered Accountant, Cost & Management Accountant and Bachelors in Commerce degrees. He is also Six Sigma certified.

Satish joined Sciex in 2016 leading Service Commercials and Operations in SEA, followed by JAPAC Channel Management in 2018 and moved into current Global Channel role responsible for Commercial strategy in Channel Partner Territories, Building relationships and negotiating with OEM Partners as well as OEM Service Product Portfolio focused on strengthening Sciex’s position as a leading science and technology company.

Satish is a dedicated leader and practitioner of the Danaher Business System, is a certified practitioner of Funnel Management and pursuing CP on Growth Room, CPB

Satish brings more than 30 years of deep and diverse experience to his current role.

Prior to Sciex/Danaher, Satish held leadership roles managing $30 Million plus at Agilent South East and Asia Region and as country manager managing $15 Million Business and Operations at Agilent India. He earned his Bachelors Engineering in 1993 from Mysore University, India followed by Advance Management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore in 2011. Satish and his wife Aruna live in Singapore and have two children.

Being in the Semiconductor business since 2004, joined as a manufacturing engineering before taking on more process/equipment development in the formative years. Joined the central engineering group since 2011 and has managed process/product for Etch, Wet process, Chemical Mechanical Planarization(CMP) and Chemical Vapor Deposition(CVD). The central engineering team drives process/equipment innovations both within our company’s manufacturing environment and with equipment/material suppliers. Worked with Supplier such as Lam Research, Applied Material, Tokyo Electron in developing environmental sustainability capabilities, such as waste segregation, just-in-time energy usage capability. Driven waste reduction of ~20% through process and hardware improvement for Wet and CMP processes.

Lih Shyan is a Chartered Accountant with 20 over years of experience in business partnering sales channels and heading up finance teams in the FMCG and MediaTech industries such as Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy and Walt Disney

Lih Shyan firmly believes in digital transformation and process automation that helps drive efficiencies and profitability across a business.

In her free time she enjoys travel and nature walks and will not hesitate to do her part in protecting the oceans and the mangroves.

Mayank leads and manages overall Project, Corporate and Structured Financing requirements at ChemOne Group. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Vishnoi had more than 19 years of professional experience in Financial Strategy, Fund raising, Structured Investments & Capital Markets. Before joining ChemOne Group in 2022, he was CEO of a listed holding company at SGX (Singapore), with 26 subsidiaries in Southeast Asia. 
Over the last few years, he has worked in various leadership roles in Singapore and India. He has originated and led transactions worth over US$ 3.5 billion and successfully completed transactions worth over US$ 1.6 Billion. He has deep experience in Oil & Gas, Petro-Chemicals, Renewable Energy, Natural Resources and Real Estate sectors.  

He graduated in Economics (Honors) from University of Delhi and pursued Post Graduate Studies in Capital Markets from Mumbai. He earned his MBA from prestigious “The University of Chicago Booth School of Business” (USA). He also achieved an Advanced Diploma in “Sustainability” from Swedish Institute, Stockholm (Sweden). 

He accomplished the Chartered Alternative Investments Analyst Charter (CAIA Association, USA) and also qualified CFA Level 2 (CFA Institute, USA). Currently he is an associate member of Singapore Institute of Directors (SID), Singapore.

Mayank is a regular speaker at various industry forums and thought leadership platforms. He also regularly visits business schools to deliver knowledge sessions on corporate finance, capital markets and sustainability related topics. He advises (on pro-bono basis) a few NGOs which are involved in education & electricity to poor.  

Cerrick has been in the marine and procurement sectors for 27 years. He is an experienced professional noted for his leadership, strategic thinking, and dedication to sustainability. He has managed cost and quality performance by building supplier connections and negotiating critical contracts.

As a sustainability advocate, he has attended courses at prestigious institutions like Singapore Management University and the University of Cambridge Judge Business School. Cerrick now plans and executes strategic sustainability projects, promotes circular economies, and negotiates policy environments to achieve a greener future.
